Job summary

Metso is seeking a Pump Field Service Engineer based primarily in Ankara. You will drive the yearly sales plan for the Pumps, Hydrocyclones, Hoses and Valves aftermarket, building relationships with maintenance teams and operators, while providing field support and troubleshooting to ensure equipment uptime.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent hands-on experience in mechanical/industrial fields.
• 5–10 years of Sales/Technical Support experience preferred.
• Knowledge of mechanical equipment and mining or mineral processing operations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Execute the yearly sales plan, identifying new business opportunities and maximizing sales within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers at all organizational levels, especially with maintenance teams and operators.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing pricing, delivery, product details, wear-life optimization, spare parts planning and troubleshooting.
• Provide hands-on field support to assist customers in resolving operational and technical challenges.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement customer-specific sales strategies.
• Maintain a professional image with deep product knowledge and customer focus.
