Job summary

Sports City Antalya is seeking an energetic Sales Manager to promote and sell our international children’s and adults tournaments. The role focuses on identifying clubs and academies, building a client base, and driving participation across football, basketball, volleyball, and badminton events.

You will contact clubs, promote our tournaments, and nurture relationships with teams from prior events, while maintaining a detailed database of prospects and clients.

Qualifications

• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).
• Advanced Russian proficiency (C1 level).
• Currently residing in Antalya, Turkey with availability to work from the office.
• Excellent communication and telephone skills.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong sense of responsibility, and results-oriented approach.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced working environment and remain productive under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential clients, sports clubs, and academies for our international tournaments.
• Promote tournaments and attract new participating teams.
• Contact teams from prior tournaments by phone and maintain relationships with clients.
• Manage inquiries and maintain regular communication with potential participants to encourage sign-ups.
• Create, manage, and update a database of potential participants and clients.

Sports City Antalya is looking for a highly motivated, proactive, and entrepreneurial Sales Managers to join our team and take responsibility for promoting and selling our international children's football, basketball, volleyball, and similar tournaments.

The ideal candidates should have excellent planning and organizational skills, the ability to anticipate opportunities, and a strong results-oriented mindset.

Main Responsibilities

• Identifying and contacting potential clients, sports clubs, and academies for our international children's football, basketball, volleyball, and adults badminton tournaments.
• Promoting our tournaments and attracting new participating teams.
• Contacting teams that have participated in our previous tournaments by phone and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
• Managing incoming inquiries, maintaining regular communication with potential participants, and encouraging teams to join our upcoming tournaments.
• Creating, managing, and regularly updating a database of potential participants and clients.

Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).
• Advanced Russian proficiency (C1 level).
• Currently residing in Antalya.
