Job summary

Valutico is seeking an ambitious sales professional to drive outbound conversations about its AI-powered valuation and due diligence platform. You will target the Middle East & Africa deal teams, advisory boutiques, investment banks, PE funds, and corporate development units.

You will qualify prospects, schedule meetings for field Account Executives, and articulate how DoneDiligence and the VDR suite accelerate deal timelines while maintaining rigorous CRM hygiene and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience prospecting into or selling Virtual Data Rooms, due diligence platforms, or M&A workflow software (or similar).
• Understanding of how an M&A process uses a data room and related tools.
• 1-3 years of overall B2B sales or sales development, preferably SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and account-based outreach.
• Qualify prospects and book meetings for Account Executives on Valutico's due diligence suite.
• Research target accounts and live deal activity to identify firms running M&A processes.
• Engage senior stakeholders across M&A advisory, investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, and development teams.
• Explain how data rooms are used in practice (Q&A management, indexing, permissions, timelines) and how AI-native rooms change the process.
• Maintain CRM with complete lead and prospect information and track personal KPIs.
