Job summary

The Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking a growth-minded marketer to lead digital marketing operations across our B2C (Algida ile Kazan) and B2B (Algida Bakkal) apps. You will collaborate with brand teams and partners to execute campaigns, contribute to growth strategies, and help drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

You will join a cross-functional digital squad and support marketing automation, campaign analytics, and app integration initiatives, gaining exposure to end-to-end app

Qualifications

• 4th grade at Bachelor's degree / Master's Degree / New Grad.
• Available to contribute minimum 3 days a week.
• Good level of strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Digital Savvy, forward thinker, future obsessed, curious for digital app business.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of digital marketing operations across B2C and B2B apps, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to run digital campaigns and track performance.
• Create marketing campaigns within our apps by collaborating with brand teams.
• Assist in app growth strategy ideation, bringing fresh thinking to user acquisition, engagement and retention initiatives.
• Participate in campaign performance tracking and reporting, extracting actionable insights from data.
• Support marketing automation and mobile measurement platforms to enhance operations.
• Coordinate with the app development supplier to ensure smooth project execution.
• Work with cross-functional digital squads within the Magnum portfolio.
• Assist Careline with organizing app-related customer feedback and translating insights into product/marketing improvements.
• Plan and execute campaigns involving app integrations with timely asset delivery.
• Contribute to internal process documentation and retrospectives.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Support the execution of digital marketing operations across both B2C (Algida ile Kazan) and B2B (Algida Bakkal) apps, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to run digital campaigns related to our apps, ensuring brand alignment and performance tracking.
• Create marketing campaigns within our apps by collaborating with brand teams.
• Assist in app growth strategy ideation, bringing fresh, creative thinking to user acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Participate in campaign performance tracking and reporting, helping monitor KPIs and extract actionable insights from app and campaign data.
• Take ownership in supporting marketing automation and mobile measurement platforms (MMP) to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Assist with day‑to‑day communications and coordination with the app development supplier, ensuring smooth project execution and feature implementation.
• Be part of a cross‑functional digital squad, working closely with other digital brand teams within the Magnum portfolio.
• Support the Careline team by organizing and managing app‑related customer feedback, helping translate insights into product and marketing improvements.
• Collaborate in the planning and execution of campaigns and promotions involving app integrations, ensuring timely asset delivery and execution.
• Contribute to internal process documentation, learnings, and retrospective analysis for continuous improvement.
