Job summary

The Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking a Marketing D-Commerce Intern in Turkey to support performance marketing and retail media operations. You will help with campaign tracking, content audits, and cross-functional coordination to drive e-commerce initiatives.

You will analyse campaigns, coordinate with brands and agencies, and contribute to timely asset updates and performance insights. This internship offers exposure to a fast‑moving consumer brand with development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with brands and agencies to organise all performance marketing assets.
• Collect and interpret campaign performance reports delivered by agencies.
• Develop and track integrated timelines for marketing and sales campaigns.
• Support daily retail media operations and campaign execution monitoring.
• Analyse Mindsite reports to identify insights and optimise campaign performance.
• Conduct regular audits of brand/retailer platforms for content accuracy and visibility.
• Ensure timely execution of 5OA and coordinate updates with agencies and partners.

The role

As a Marketing D-Commerce Intern, you will support performance marketing and retail media operations, campaign tracking, content audits, and cross‑functional coordination to help drive the execution and optimisation of e‑commerce initiatives.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Coordinate with brands and agencies to organise all performance marketing assets.
• Collect and interpret campaign performance reports delivered by agencies.
• Develop and track integrated timelines for marketing and sales campaigns.
• Support daily retail media operations and campaign execution monitoring.
• Analyse and interpret Mindsite reports to identify insights, optimise campaign performance, and support decision‑making.
• Conduct regular audits of brand/retailer platforms to ensure product content accuracy, including visuals, pricing, descriptions, and visibility compliance.
• Ensure timely execution of 5OA / monitor asset checks (creative and content validation) and coordinate updates with agencies and platform partners.
