Job summary

The Magnum Ice Cream Company is looking for a nutrition-focused analyst to support METSA region projects. You will analyze product portfolios, monitor nutrition trends, and contribute to communications and training materials in a fast-paced FMCG setting.

Join a global team and apply your nutrition knowledge to real-world product improvements, collaborating with regional and global colleagues while developing hands-on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics or in final year.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good command of English and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Deep-dive analysis of METSA portfolio against nutrition thresholds and identify gaps.
• Provide daily support to regional nutritionists on ongoing projects.
• Coordinate with global nutrition team and local R&D as needed.
• Track and report competitors and trends from a nutritional perspective.
• Assist in healthcare professional communications for Better For You products.
• Help prepare nutrition training documents.
• Create healthy IC recipes with clear nutrition messaging.

The role

Support nutrition projects across the METSA region by analyzing product portfolios, monitoring nutrition trends, and contributing to nutrition-related communications and training materials. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience, collaborate with regional and global teams, and apply your nutrition knowledge in a dynamic FMCG environment.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Deep dive analysis all METSA (Turkiye, Middle East, South Asia) portfolio by considering internal and external nutrition thresholds (inc. NPMs) and define gaps and opportunities.
• Daily support to regional nutritionists on on‑going nutrition projects for METSA region.
• Close relationship with global nutrition team, local R&D teams if required.
• Tracking and reporting of competitors and trends in nutritional perspective.
• Support in preparation of healthcare professional communication for Better For You products.
• Support preparation of nutrition related training documents.
• Create healthy IC recipes with compelling nutrition messages.

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics or at least in the 4th year of education.
• Available at least 3 days per week (preferably 5 days).
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Analytical and creative nutritional approach.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Digital‑savvy with a forward‑thinking mindset.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
