Job summary

The Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking an experienced procurement professional to manage end‑to‑end procurement across logistics services and raw materials, aligning with factory operations and category P&L to deliver cost efficiency and supply continuity.

You will develop strategies, oversee sourcing, tendering, negotiation, contracting and supplier performance, collaborate with supply chain and operations, monitor market trends, and drive savings while ensuring compliance and supplier

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of procurement or supply chain experience; FMCG, logistics, or raw materials exposure preferred.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret market data and drive insights.
• Proficiency in procurement tools and MS Office; strong English & Turkish communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for logistics services and raw materials, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and supply reliability.
• Manage the full procurement cycle: sourcing, tendering, negotiation, contracting, and supplier performance evaluation.
• Work closely with supply chain, production, logistics teams, and factory operations to meet operational requirements.
• Conduct market analysis, monitor cost trends, and provide price forecasts to support decision‑making.
• Deliver key KPIs including savings, inflation mitigation, cash improvement, and incident management.
• Strengthen supplier relationships and maintain a robust supplier portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, service level agreements, company policies, and regulatory standards.
• Resolve operational procurement challenges quickly to ensure uninterrupted supply.

The role

The purpose of this role is to manage an end‑to‑end procurement portfolio across logistics services and raw materials, ensuring flawless execution of procurement strategies. The role connects key procurement initiatives with factory operations and the category P&L, delivering cost efficiency, supply continuity, and value creation. It also supports major transformational projects within the procurement organization.

We're looking for someone who

Experiences & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of procurement or supply chain experience; FMCG, logistics, or raw materials exposure preferred.
• Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier management capabilities.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret market data and drive insights.
• Proficiency in procurement tools and MS Office; strong English & Turkish communication skills.
