Job summary

The Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking an Engineering-focused professional at the Konya Ice Cream Factory to ensure regulatory compliance and manage maintenance planning. This role supports production processes, quality, and CMMS-driven maintenance initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with engineering and technical teams to drive continuous improvement, project management, and data-driven reporting for regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial/mechanical/mechatronics engineering.
• Strong English written and spoken skills.
• Willing to contribute at least four days per week.
• Curiosity, attention to detail and analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Ensure production and activities comply with safety rules.
• Plan, monitor and follow production processes.
• Collaborate with the shift team to meet production targets.
• Initiate and manage continuous improvement projects.
• Ensure product quality across processes and packing lines.
• Improve CMMS and create maintenance program per CMMS.
• Check CMMS breakdown analysis and align activities.
• Provide data collection, analysis and regular reporting; address issues as they arise.

What you'll be responsible for

• Ensure compliance all the production and activities are as in compliance with safety rules.
• Plan, monitor and closely follow up production processes.
• Collaborate with the shift team to meet production targets.
• Initiate and manage continuous improvement projects.
• Ensure product quality in all the processes and packing lines.
• Improve computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) Create maintenance program/plan as per CMMS.
• Check breakdown analysis in CMMS Ensure all activities are in line with CMMS.
• Close relationship with technical team Collect, monitor and manage required information, provide analysis. Reporting and presenting outputs with regular updates Handling technical issues when they arise.

• A dot connector: You have the unique ability to think differently and pull the big picture and small details all together clearly.
• Forward thinker, future obsessed CAD, CAD/CAM circuit design and MS Office knowledge.
• Strong analytical thinking.
• Capable of English by writing & speaking 4th grade at bachelor's degree or graduate or master's degree in industrial, mechanical or mechatronics engineering.
• Available to contribute minimum 4 days a week.
