Jungheinrich Türkiye is seeking an experienced marketing leader to develop and execute the local strategy in line with global directions. You will drive demand generation, digital marketing, and CRM-driven lead management, while managing telesales channels to increase conversions.

Collaboration with Sales, HR, After Sales and Product Management is essential to support branding and commercial growth, including online channels, budget, agencies, events and customer engagement initiatives.

Formación

• Minimum 7 years of marketing experience in B2B or industrial contexts.
• Proven people management and leadership experience.
• Strong commercial mindset with focus on customers and sales processes.
• Experience with telesales, lead generation, or inside sales.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute local marketing strategy aligned with objectives.
• Lead demand generation, digital marketing, and CRM-based lead management.
• Manage telesales/telemarketing channels to boost leads and opportunities.
• Monitor NPS/CSAT/CES and drive cross-functional improvements.
• Coordinate with Sales, HR, After Sales and Product teams for branding and growth.
• Oversee online sales channels, budget, agencies, events, and engagement initiatives.
• Analyze market, customer, campaign data to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team to maintain high performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the local marketing strategy in line with business objectives and global direction.
• Lead demand generation, digital marketing and CRM-driven online lead management activities.
• Manage and optimize telesales/telemarketing channels to increase lead conversion and business opportunities.
• Monitor customer satisfaction programs (NPS, CSAT, CES) and drive cross-functional improvement actions.
• Translate global and regional initiatives into effective local marketing programs.
• Work closely with Sales, HR, After Sales and Product Management teams to support branding and commercial growth.
• Manage online sales channels, marketing budget, agencies, events and customer engagement initiatives.
• Analyze market, customer and campaign data to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead, develop and motivate the marketing team while fostering a high-performance culture.

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum 7 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B, industrial or multinational organizations.
• Proven people management and team leadership experience is a must.
• Strong commercial mindset with a deep interest in customers, sales processes and market dynamics.
• Experience managing telesales, telemarketing, lead generation or inside sales activities.
• Experience with customer satisfaction programs and customer journey improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems, digital marketing and marketing analytics.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and project management capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively with local and international teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
• Fluent English is mandatory (written and spoken).
