Job summary

The Eaton Supply Chain - Network Scheduling Supervisor plays a pivotal role in managing short-term product availability across markets, focusing on 0-3 months execution horizon and balancing supply and demand for FG and semi-finished goods.

Reporting to the Network Planner, you will create the Master Production Schedule (MPS), coordinate CoE resources, drive schedule adherence, analyze KPIs, and collaborate with multiple functions to minimize risk while optimizing service levels and cost.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, BA or equivalent.
• Min 6 years in Supply Chain (Materials Management, Inventory management, demand planning, supply planning, procurement, SIOP)

Responsibilities

• Develop timely and accurate plans for finished products within the 0-12 weeks horizon for the portfolio.
• Manage all exceptions in the short-term horizon and identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Create the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
• Coordinate team of CoE resources (buyers, planners, production schedulers) to deliver MPS Plan.
• Interface with operations to drive schedule adherence.
• Report and analyze KPIs to drive supply network improvements in cash, cost and customer service.
• Collaborate across functions to improve end-to-end supply chain performance.
• Escalate capacity shortages and manage risk in the 0-12 weeks horizon.
