Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Manufacturing Scheduler to align the weekly production plan with capacity and convert it into an hourly/daily operating plan. You will direct daily workflow, set priorities across the factory, and ensure customer ship schedules are met.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years in manufacturing or supply chain, and possess strong lean, MRP/ERP knowledge, plus excellent communication across all levels of the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or supply chain role.
• Proficient English at B1 level.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and MRP/ERP systems.
• Excellent communication across all organization levels.
• Able to drive CI and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily workflow to align weekly plan with capacity and throughput.
• Prioritize resources to maximize efficiency and on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Customer Service, Finance, and Purchasing.
• Support CI activities and standard work.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in cycle counts.
