Job summary

ETISAN ETIKET is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive sales across domestic and international markets and to build key customer relationships that support company growth. The role emphasizes strategic leadership, hands-on execution, and coaching a sales team to exceed targets.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in the self adhesive label, sleeve or flexible packaging sector, with at least 5 years in sales leadership and a proven track record with global FMCG customers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in self adhesive label, sleeve and/or flexible packaging.
• At least 5 years of sales team management experience.
• Experience with global FMCG customers is preferred.
• Strong understanding of commercial and operational processes.
• Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Results-oriented, analytical and commercially minded leadership.

• Develop new customer and business opportunities, including export markets.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 10+ years of experience in the self adhesive label, sleeve and/or flexible packaging industry.
• At least 5 years of sales team management experience.
