Job summary

Randstad Türkiye is seeking a Maintenance Specialist for our global partner located in İzmir-Kemalpaşa. You will perform preventative maintenance, calibration, repairs and equipment improvements to support production activities.

The role requires 3+ years of experience, a university diploma in maintenance/electrical/mechatronic, and the ability to work in varied environments. Proficiency with MS Office and a valid driver’s license are required; safety and teamwork are prioritized.

Qualifications

• University diploma or equivalent in maintenance, electrical or mechatronic.
• Minimum 3 years experience in the related area.
• Ability to work in varied environments (indoor/outdoor, hot/cold/wet/dry).
• Ability to climb, work at heights, lift up to 22.67 kg, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Commitment to safety and teamwork.

Job description

Perform preventative maintenance, calibration, repairs, and equipment improvements.
Support plant operations and assist with capital projects.
Maintain shop organization, tools, and equipment conditions.
Implement and train on Preventative Maintenance (PM) plans.
Conduct seasonal maintenance prep, annual PMs, and infrastructure repairs.
Use Predictive Maintenance tools to identify and prevent equipment failures.
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, control systems, instrumentation, and HVAC.
Complete fabrication tasks to improve plant processes.
Maintain detailed equipment records and documentation.
Support site relocation project and all site safety programs.
Provide facility and grounds maintenance as needed.
Model and promote safety as the #1 priority.
