Job summary

Sanipak, a leading employer with 1600+ employees, is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer in the İzmir/Manisa region. You will read technical drawings, diagnose malfunctions, and implement preventive maintenance plans with cross-functional teams.

You’ll conduct root cause analyses, prepare reports, identify inefficiencies, and drive improvements including spare parts optimization and small to mid-size projects. English proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical maintenance and ability to read technical drawings.
• Experience in troubleshooting and failure analysis; manage mechanical breakdowns and preventive maintenance planning.
• Prepare reports/analyses on area of responsibility and identify inefficiencies.
• Conduct root cause analyses and lead cross-functional teams for sustainable solutions.
• Develop and manage predictive and preventive maintenance plans.
• Knowledge of bearings, chains, belts, gears, fans, couplings, lubrication, hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Contribute to spare parts optimization and manage small/medium projects.

Responsibilities
