Job summary

Randstad Türkiye is seeking a Maintenance Specialist for our global partner located in İzmir-Kemalpaşa. You will perform preventative maintenance, calibration, repairs and equipment improvements to support production activities.

The role requires 3+ years of experience, a university diploma in maintenance/electrical/mechatronic, and the ability to work in varied environments. Proficiency with MS Office and a valid driver’s license are required; safety and teamwork are prioritized.

Qualifications

• University diploma or equivalent in maintenance, electrical or mechatronic.
• Minimum 3 years experience in the related area.
• Ability to work in varied environments (indoor/outdoor, hot/cold/wet/dry).
• Ability to climb, work at heights, lift up to 22.67 kg, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Commitment to safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, calibration, repairs and equipment improvements.
• Support plant operations and assist with capital projects.
• Maintain shop organization, tools and equipment conditions.
• Implement and train on Preventative Maintenance (PM) plans.
• Conduct seasonal maintenance prep, annual PMs and infrastructure repairs.
• Use Predictive Maintenance tools to identify and prevent equipment failures.
