Job summary

Enerjisa Üretim is seeking an I&C / OT Maintenance Engineer to join the Seyhan Basin team in Adana (Kozan). The role focuses on preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of I&C and OT systems in hydroelectric plants, with emphasis on reliability and safety.

You will plan maintenance activities, manage spare parts and budgets, support investments and improvement projects, and collaborate across disciplines to implement modern automation and digitalization solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of I&C maintenance experience in power plants, preferably hydroelectric.
• Experience with SCADA systems and PLC platforms.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance for I&C and OT systems in hydroelectric plants.
• Plan, coordinate and follow up on maintenance, modernization and improvement activities.
• Prepare maintenance schedules, reports and technical documentation.
• Manage spare parts planning, procurement requirements and maintenance budgets.
• Conduct technical evaluations and support investment and improvement projects.
• Support maintenance activities in other basins when required.
• Collaborate with other disciplines during project execution and troubleshooting.
• Stay updated on condition monitoring, automation, and digitalization developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance activities for I&C and OT systems in Hydroelectric Power Plants.
• Planning, coordinating and following-up maintenance, modernization and improvement activities.
• Preparing maintenance schedules, maintenance reports and technical documentation.
• Managing spare parts planning, technical procurement requirements and maintenance budgets.
• Conducting technical evaluations and supporting investment and improvement projects.
• Supporting maintenance and improvement activities in other basins when required.
• Collaborating with other technical disciplines during project execution and troubleshooting activities.
• Following technological developments in condition monitoring, automation and digitalization systems and implementing suitable solutions.
• Ensuring compliance with HSE requirements in all activities and acting as a role model for HSE culture within the team.

Qualifications:

• Having a Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of I&C maintenance experience in power plants, preferably Hydroelectric Power Plants.
• Experience in maintenance, troubleshooting and improvement of electrical, instrumentation and automation systems.
• Knowledge of transformers, MV/LV systems, generators, motors, AC/DC systems, converters, inverters, UPS systems, excitation systems, protection relays and instrumentation.
• Experience with SCADA systems such as ABB 800xA, Schneider Citect and Factory View.
• Experience with PLC platforms including B&R, Allen-Bradley, Schneider M580 and Quantum series.
• Knowledge of industrial communication protocols and OT network infrastructures.
• Knowledge of diagnostic systems, monitoring tools and related communication protocols.
• Knowledge of calibration equipment and calibration methodologies.
• Ability to analyze, develop and improve plant operational and maintenance requirements.
• Knowledge of Condition Monitoring Systems is an asset.
• Good command of MS Office applications and SAP / MS Dynamics.
• Knowledge and experience in TPM, Autonomous Maintenance, 5S, Kaizen and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Advanced level of English.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Result-oriented mindset with effective communication skills.
• Open to learning new technologies and adapting to changing business needs.
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
• Valid Class B driving license and active driving experience.
