We are seeking a Senior Maintenance Manager to lead the plant’s mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and automation maintenance activities, ensuring high levels of reliability, availability, safety and operational efficiency. The role will be responsible for developing and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, maintenance planning and scheduling, reliability programs, and digital maintenance systems, while leading the maintenance team and driving continuous improvement across the plant.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree inAutomation & Control Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineeringor a related engineering discipline.
- Relevant professional certifications inmaintenance, reliability, asset management, automation, predictive maintenance or industrial digitalizationare preferred.
- Minimum12–15 years of industrial maintenance, reliability, automation or asset management experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership position.
- Experience in process plants, chemical, energy, mining, activated carbon or similar industrial facilities is preferred.
- Strong experience inpreventive, predictive and reliability-centered maintenanceand the development of high-reliability maintenance systems.
- Proven experience inERP/CMMS/EAM implementation, maintenance module setup and digital maintenance transformation.
- Demonstrated experience in usingmaintenance software, data analytics, digital tools and technology-enabled solutionsto improve maintenance planning, scheduling, reliability and asset performance.
- Experience withautomation systems, industrial digitalization, IoT, condition monitoring, predictive analytics or Industry 4.0 applicationsis highly preferred.
- Strong experience inmaintenance planning and scheduling, including backlog management, resource planning, work-order prioritization and shutdown management.
- Knowledge of rotating equipment, pumps, fans, conveyors, filters, rotary kilns, electrical systems, instrumentation and automation.
- Good knowledge ofRCA, FMEA, RCM and reliability engineering principles.
- Experience in developing and monitoring maintenance and reliability KPIs, includingMTBF, MTTR, OEE, planned maintenance percentage, schedule compliance, breakdown hours and maintenance costs.
- Strong analytical, digital and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn maintenance data into actionable decisions.
- Experience inhigh-reliability, highly automated or safety-critical industriessuch as aerospace, aviation, automotive, energy or advanced manufacturing is an advantage.
- Good command of English.
- Advanced user ofERP/CMMS/EAM systems, maintenance planning and scheduling software, data analytics and reporting tools.

Responsibilities
- Manage all mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and automation maintenance activities across the plant.
- Establish and implement a comprehensivePreventive and Planned Maintenance (PM) systembased on equipment criticality, risk and reliability requirements.
- Develop and implement aPredictive Maintenance (PdM) program, including vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis and other advanced condition-monitoring techniques.
- Develop maintenance strategies for critical equipment to maximizeplant availability, reliability, asset life and operational performance.
- Establish aworld-class, data-driven maintenance and reliability approach, incorporating best practices from high-reliability and safety-critical industries.
- Introduce and continuously improvemaintenance planning and scheduling methodologies, including annual, monthly, weekly and daily planning, backlog management, work-order prioritization and resource planning.
- Plan and manage planned shutdowns and major maintenance activities in coordination with the Production department.
- Establish and maintain the plant'sequipment hierarchy, asset criticality, maintenance plans, spare parts structure and technical records.
- Lead the implementation, commissioning and continuous optimization of theERP/CMMS/EAM maintenance management system, including equipment master data, preventive maintenance plans, work orders, spare parts and maintenance history.
- Ensure that the CMMS/EAM system is used not only for record keeping but as aneffective planning, analytical and decision-making tool.
- Identify, evaluate and implementsoftware, digital tools, analytical solutions and automation technologiesthat can improve maintenance planning, scheduling, reliability and asset performance.
- Develop and utilizemaintenance dashboards, data analytics and predictive indicatorsto identify trends, recurring failures, emerging risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Explore and implement opportunities involvingIoT, connected assets, predictive analytics, automation and Industry 4.0 technologieswhere they provide measurable operational value.
- Develop and monitor key maintenance and reliability KPIs, includingMTBF, MTTR, OEE, planned maintenance percentage, schedule compliance, breakdown hours and maintenance costs.
- Use maintenance data and analytics to drivereliability improvement, maintenance optimization, resource efficiency and cost reduction.
- Prepare and control the annual maintenance budget.
- Establish an effectivecritical spare parts and inventory management systembased on equipment criticality, risk and lifecycle requirements.
- Lead, develop and manage the maintenance team and build the team'stechnical, analytical and digital capabilities.
- Establish standardized maintenance processes and practices aligned withinternational high-reliability standards and best practices.
- Continuously benchmark and improve maintenance practices with the objective of achievinghigh levels of reliability, planning discipline, asset integrity and operational excellence.
- Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with HSE, ATEX, process safety and applicable technical standards.
- Identify opportunities forcontinuous improvement, reliability improvement, digital transformation and maintenance cost optimization.
- Work closely with Production, HSE and Procurement teams to ensure reliable and uninterrupted plant operation.
