Maxx Royal Bodrum is seeking an Assistant Hotel Manager to lead daily operations, ensure brand standards, and drive guest satisfaction across departments in a luxury resort environment.

The role requires 8+ years in luxury hospitality with at least 3 years in a management role, strong English, and the ability to manage budgets, performance metrics, and VIP experiences while developing teams and maintaining high service quality.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in luxury hospitality, including 3+ years in a management role with comparable operational responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of luxury resort service expectations for international clientele.
• Excellent command of English; another language is a plus.
• Experience in budget management, cost control, and performance analysis.
• Experience in coordinating Front Office, Guest Relations, Housekeeping, and F&B operations.

Responsabilités

• Ensure daily operations align with brand standards, quality objectives, and corporate procedures.
• Coordinate cross‑department communication for cohesive operations.
• Analyze guest satisfaction and implement actions to improve service quality.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain standards of service, presentation, cleanliness, and upkeep.
• Oversee VIP experiences and tailor service to guest needs and requests.
• Support budgeting, cost control, and resource planning; drive efficiency improvements.
• Evaluate KPIs and lead departmental improvement initiatives.
• Develop and mentor department heads and teams toward accountability and excellence.
• Monitor hygiene, OH&S, and sustainability standards with relevant departments.
• Provide senior management with regular reports on operations and guest feedback.
