Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group Bodrum is seeking a senior Hotel Manager to lead daily operations, guest services and strategic initiatives. You will drive staff development, monitor quality, and oversee audits and risk management while coordinating with EXCO and IT on systems progress.

We value extensive luxury hospitality experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage large teams and complex budgets. Fluency in English and Turkish is essential, with additional languages a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management.
• Minimum 10 years in luxury hotel operations with 4+ years as resort/hotel manager.
• Experience in Luxury Resorts is preferred.
• Excellent English and Turkish communication skills.
• Ability to manage large teams and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage hotel daily operational needs ensuring guest services, productivity and safety.
• Lead strategic initiatives and provide feedback and alternatives.
• Develop lower and middle management through coaching.
• Monitor trends, competitor activity and quality assessments.
• Oversee annual Safe & Sound Audit and risk management meetings.
• Collaborate with EXCO and IT to advance systems and software.
• Direct projects to enhance hotel performance and financial results.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and energy-saving projects.
• Support Finance with budget prep and development of Sales and Marketing strategies.
• Assist in recruitment and people & culture initiatives.
