Responsibilities

• Support company philosophy and culture through Legendary Quality Experiences to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Ensure guest satisfaction from arrival to departure per standards and procedures.
• Maintain grooming and appearance standards reflecting professionalism.
• Develop and implement short- and long-range action plans to meet objectives.
• Standardize methods and ensure team knowledge across departments.
• Schedule colleagues according to business needs and forecast.
• Participate in meetings and communicate changes to all levels.
• Prepare budgets and monthly forecasts for relevant departments.
