Job summary

BS Executive Search is seeking a globally minded General Manager for a luxury all-inclusive resort in Turkey. You will oversee a multi-disciplinary leadership team across Rooms, F&B, Guest Relations, Spa and Entertainment to deliver internationally benchmarked luxury service.

The role requires senior leadership experience in five-star environments, strong P&L ownership and a proven ability to drive revenue and guest satisfaction across a large-scale property during a transformational period.

Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience within five-star luxury hotels or resorts
• Proven experience in general management of large-scale luxury properties
• Strong international luxury hospitality exposure and brands familiarity
• Commercial and P&L leadership with focus on revenue and KPIs
• Strong F&B and banqueting orientation with knowledge of gastronomy and beverages

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for the resort with full responsibility for operational and financial performance
• Lead Rooms, F&B, Guest Relations, Spa, Recreation, Entertainment and other key functions
• Develop and execute operational and commercial strategy aligned with ownership objectives
• Drive revenue, profitability and efficiency across the property
• Own budgeting, forecasting and KPI management (ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, GOP)
• Cultivate an internationally competitive luxury guest experience in a high-volume all-inclusive environment
• Grow the resort’s family-driven concept and multi-generational guest experiences
• Bring advanced F&B and lifestyle concepts and a premium beverage program
• Lead destination dining concepts and collaboration with chefs and partners
• Work with Sales/Marketing/Revenue teams to strengthen positioning in luxury markets
• Build and inspire a multicultural senior leadership team and maintain luxury service culture
• Communicate operational and commercial performance to ownership during transformation
