Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels Ltd in Istanbul is seeking a Reservations & Communication Agent to be the first contact for guests, handling reservation sales, guest communication, and telephone operations.

You will coordinate reservations, collaborate with Front Office, Concierge, and Housekeeping to ensure seamless guest experiences, and deliver service with Four Seasons' warmth and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in Reservations or Front Office or PBX in luxury hotels.
• Excellent spoken and written English; strong communication.
• Proficient in Opera PMS or similar hotel systems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle calls, emails, and guest requests with Four Seasons service.
• Create, modify, and coordinate reservations accurately.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, and other departments.
• Resolve guest concerns and support service recovery to achieve satisfaction.
