Job summary

Four Seasons is seeking a Server (Waiter) to join the Food & Beverage Outlets team at our Istanbul property. You will take orders, provide attentive service, and ensure guests feel welcomed throughout their visit.

Experience in F&B and strong guest interaction are essential. Responsibilities include setting up the restaurant, presenting menu suggestions, handling billing, and supporting smooth service while upholding Four Seasons standards.

Qualifications

• Hotel school diploma or equivalent experience; 2-3 years in F&B service.
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage service and guest interaction.
• Good communication skills with a guest-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the restaurant setup for service and ensure all areas are clean, organized, and ready
• Take guest orders, serve food and beverages, and provide menu recommendations
• Maintain product knowledge and promote items to enhance the guest dining experience
• Handle billing, daily reports, and ensure accurate cash and POS transactions
• Support smooth service flow while maintaining Four Seasons standards and guest satisfaction
