Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels Ltd is seeking a Hotel Server (Waiter) to join our Food & Beverage Outlets team in Istanbul. You will take orders, provide attentive service, and ensure guests feel welcomed and well cared for throughout their visit.

You will contribute to maintaining the service excellence and guest-focused culture of Four Seasons while collaborating with your team and supervisors. This local position requires Turkish language skills and offers On-site work in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Hotel school diploma or equivalent experience with minimum 2–3 years in F&B service.
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage service and guest interaction.
• Good communication skills with a guest-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with POS systems (e.g., Micros) and basic reporting.
• Turkish required; intermediate level of English is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the restaurant setup for service and ensure all areas are clean, organized, and ready
• Take guest orders, serve food and beverages, and provide menu recommendations
• Maintain product knowledge and promote items to enhance the guest dining experience
• Handle billing, daily reports, and ensure accurate cash and POS transactions
• Support smooth service flow while maintaining Four Seasons standards and guest satisfaction
