Job summary

Aliée, a flagship luxury lifestyle hotel in Istanbul, is seeking a highly organized Reservation Executive to join our Reservations team. You will manage room reservations, respond to inquiries, coordinate with departments, and provide a seamless reservation experience from inquiry to arrival.

As an ambassador of the Aliée brand, you will demonstrate exceptional communication, professionalism, and attention to detail while maximizing guest satisfaction and revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality related field.
• 2–3 years hotel reservations experience, preferably luxury or international brands.
• Supervisory or team-leading experience in Reservations or Front Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily reservation operations to ensure accurate bookings and guest satisfaction.
• Support Reservations Manager in strategies to optimize occupancy and revenue.
• Monitor bookings, cancellations, no-shows, and trends for inventory accuracy.
• Oversee room availability across OTAs, direct bookings, and corporate accounts.
• Train and mentor reservation agents; ensure SOPs and service standards.
