Four Seasons Hotels Limited in Istanbul seeks a Reservations & Communication Agent to be the first point of contact for guests, handling reservation sales, guest communication, and telephone operations with professionalism and warmth.

You will manage inquiries, coordinate requests, and ensure accurate information across touchpoints, collaborating with Front Office, Concierge, and other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.

Competenze

• Previous experience in Reservations, Front Office, PBX, or a guest contact center environment, preferably within a luxury hotel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent spoken and written English.
• Proficiency in Opera PMS or similar hotel management systems and a strong overall level of computer literacy.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, sales, and guest service skills with a strong attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Handle incoming calls, reservation inquiries, emails, and guest requests while delivering exceptional service in accordance with Four Seasons standards.
• Create, modify, and coordinate reservations accurately, ensuring guest preferences, special requests, and booking details are properly recorded and communicated.
• Collaborate closely with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and effective information sharing.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally, follow up on requests, and support service recovery efforts to achieve complete guest satisfaction.
