Job summary

Four Seasons in Istanbul seeks a Reservations & Communication Agent to deliver exceptional service, manage reservation inquiries, and coordinate guest requests across channels. You will represent Four Seasons with warmth, professionalism, and precision in a luxury hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Reservations, Front Office, PBX, or a guest contact center environment, preferably within a luxury hotel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent spoken and written English.
• Proficiency in Opera PMS or similar hotel management systems and a strong overall level of computer literacy.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, sales, and guest service skills with a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle reservation inquiries, emails, and guest requests with exceptional service in line with Four Seasons standards.
• Create, modify, and coordinate reservations accurately, recording guest preferences and special requests.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and follow up to support service recovery and satisfaction.
