Job summary

Four Seasons in Istanbul is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily restaurant operations, uphold service standards, and mentor a high-performing team. You will collaborate with the Executive Chef and F&B leadership on menus, guest satisfaction, and cost control, while delivering exceptional guest experiences in line with luxury hospitality.

This local, full-time role requires leadership and English proficiency, with opportunities for learning and development and staff

Qualifications

• University degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 1–2 years supervisory or management experience in a restaurant, hotel, or luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and computer applications including MS Office and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure exceptional service standards across all meal periods.
• Lead, coach, train and develop restaurant team members while fostering a guest-focused environment.
• Build strong guest relationships, address feedback, and ensure memorable dining experiences.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and F&B leadership on menus, promotions and guest satisfaction initiatives.
• Assist in managing labor costs, scheduling, inventory, cash handling, reporting and profitability.

What You Will Do

• Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations and ensuring exceptional service standards throughout all meal periods.
• Lead, coach, train, and develop restaurant team members while fostering a positive, collaborative, and guest-focused work environment.
• Build strong relationships with guests, proactively address feedback and concerns, and ensure memorable dining experiences.
• Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and Food & Beverage leadership team on menu offerings, promotions, guest satisfaction initiatives, and operational improvements.
• Assist in managing labor costs, scheduling, inventory, cash handling, reporting, and overall departmental profitability while maintaining operational efficiency.

What You Bring

• University degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience in a restaurant, hotel, or luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations, food and beverage service standards, budgeting, and financial controls.
• Proficiency in English and computer applications, including Microsoft Office and POS systems.

Schedule & Hours

• This is a permenant, full-time position
• Working hours will vary based on operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
