Job summary

Four Seasons Istanbul at the Bosphorus is seeking an Assistant Front Desk Manager to lead day-to-day Front Office operations and uphold our renowned guest service standards.

You will mentor the Front Desk team, coordinate with Reservations, Concierge, Housekeeping and Bell staff, and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

This full-time, on-site role requires strong leadership, English fluency and prior experience in a luxury hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in a Rooms Division or Front Office leadership role within a luxury hotel.
• Strong leadership, coaching, guest relations and team management skills.
• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal; additional languages are an advantage.
• Proficiency in hotel management systems, including Opera, and strong computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Support daily Front Desk operations and ensure seamless service across guest touchpoints.
• Act as senior point of contact for guest concerns, resolving issues professionally while upholding service standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop Front Office team through training and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with Reservations, Concierge, Housekeeping, Bell, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
