Job summary

Gizli seeks a Boutiques Team Manager to lead store operations in Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir or other Turkish cities. You will drive sales, coach a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional client experiences in the luxury segment.

This is a leadership role requiring a strong track record in retail management and clienteling. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of team leadership, excellent English, and willingness to relocate to Istanbul or nearby markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of team management experience in retail, preferably luxury.
• Experience in luxury or premium retail is preferred.
• Strong leadership to develop teams and drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, sales performance and service quality.
• Translate sales targets into clear action plans and monitor performance.
• Develop and motivate the team through coaching and development plans.
• Build lasting client relationships with a personalised approach grounded in trust and client needs.
• Strengthen VIP client engagement and clienteling activities.
• Analyse sales and client data to identify commercial opportunities.
• Ensure stock management, visual merchandising and processes meet brand standards.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to address store needs effectively.
