Job summary

Richemont Iberia SL's Türkiye Maison boutique in Istanbul seeks a visionary Boutique Manager to translate strategy into sustainable performance. You will oversee commercial results, client experience, people development, brand image and operational excellence, working closely with the Commercial Director and local teams.

You will drive the boutique’s long-term development, recruit and coach a high-performing team, maintain Maison standards, and develop VIP client relationships to grow High End

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in retail or business or equivalent.
• Minimum eight years of retail management experience with sizeable teams.
• Proven track record in commercial results, client development and operational excellence.
• Luxury retail experience with watches and jewelry is advantageous.
• Inspiring leadership with ability to empower teams and hold them accountable.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs, productivity and P&L drivers.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the annual Boutique Action Plan aligned with Maison strategy.
• Set annual sales targets and translate into clear objectives for the management team.
• Lead, coach and develop the Boutique Management Team.
• Maintain Maison standards across visual merchandising, boutique maintenance and hospitality.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience and drive high-end client engagement and VIP relationships.
• Ensure operational excellence with staffing, inventory, security and process improvements.
