Job summary

Gizli in Marmara Region, Fatih, seeks a Boutique Manager to lead a luxury boutique and shape the client experience. You will drive daily operations and sales performance, ensuring the brand’s standards are reflected in every interaction.

You will coach a high-performing team, build relationships with VIP clients, use CRM insights to create repeat visits, maintain product security and presentation, and work closely with international brand teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in luxury retail with store leadership.
• Experience in luxury watches or fine jewelry is highly valued.
• Strong leadership and track record of achieving commercial goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the boutique’s daily operations and sales performance.
• Coach and develop a team that delivers thoughtful, personalized service.
• Build lasting relationships with VIP and high-value clients.
• Use client insights and CRM to create meaningful opportunities for return visits and sales.
• Maintain the highest standards in product security, inventory, visual presentation, and boutique operations.
• Review sales and client data to identify opportunities and share insights with management.
• Work closely with international brand teams.
