Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• Eight+ years retail management experience in luxury or high-end brands.
• Experience with VIP and high-value client development.
• Fluency in Turkish and English.

• Define and implement the annual Boutique Action Plan aligned with Maison strategy.
• Set annual and monthly sales targets for the management team and Client Advisors.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze market trends, and drive growth and productivity.
• Lead the Boutique Management Team and foster a client-centric culture.
• Maintain brand image through visual standards and boutique upkeep.
• Develop and retain talent, lead performance reviews and succession planning.
• Represent the Maison at events and local activations.
• Drive High End business and VIP client development.
