Job summary

Gizli seeks a Boutiques Team Manager to lead store operations in Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir or other Turkish cities. You will drive sales, coach a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional client experiences in the luxury segment.

This is a leadership role requiring a strong track record in retail management and clienteling. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of team leadership, excellent English, and willingness to relocate to Istanbul or nearby markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of team management experience in retail, preferably luxury.
• Experience in luxury or premium retail is preferred.
• Strong leadership to develop teams and drive sales.

We are seeking a "Boutiques Team Manager" for a company operating in the luxury retail sector to lead team development, drive commercial performance and deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience.

We welcome applications from managers currently working in Istanbul’s luxury retail market, as well as experienced retail leaders based in other cities who are considering relocating to Istanbul.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, sales performance and service quality.
• Translate sales targets into clear action plans and monitor store and individual performance.
• Develop and motivate the team through coaching, regular feedback and development plans.
• Build lasting client relationships through a personalised approach grounded in trust and an understanding of client needs.
• Strengthen VIP client engagement and clienteling activities.

• Ensure stock management, product security, visual merchandising and operational processes meet brand standards.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to address store needs effectively.

Qualifications

• Excellent client relationship, communication and brand representation skills.
