Beymen Group is seeking a Store Manager to be the ambassador of our Boutique Store Manager role in Istanbul. You will lead a premium team, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional customer experience aligned with our luxury brand standards.

You will develop client relationships, manage CRM processes, and coach staff to exceed service expectations while maintaining profitability and brand integrity.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in team management, store management and luxury product sales.
• High sensitivity to client experience and loyalty.
• Service-oriented and persuasive with strong communication.
• Ability to develop customer portfolios and CRM follow-up.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve store goals (sales, KPIs, profitability, cost control) while promoting the brand policies.
• Ensure a consistent, high-quality store experience for customers.
• Develop the customer portfolio by gaining new clients and building a network; manage CRM.
• Motivate employees to maximize team spirit and maintain harmonious staff relations.
• Develop the store team to meet sales targets and adhere to service standards.
