• Identify talent, participate in recruitment and onboarding with the Store Manager
• Maintain a positive work environment and ensure collaboration across store leadership
• Collaborate with Merchandising and Operations to optimize stock and category performance
• Deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience across after-sales touchpoints
