Job summary

Arkem Chemicals Marmara Bölgesi'nde lojistik operasyonlarını yönetecek deneyimli bir lojistik uzmanı aramaktadır. En az 3 yıl deneyim ve SAP kullanımı, tedarik/lojistik organizasyonu kurma becerisi öne çıkar.

İyi İngilizce iletişim, MS Office bilen adaylar tercih edilir. Takım çalışmasına yatkın, iletişime açık ve yenilikçi adaylar beklenir. Erkek adaylar için askerlik hizmetinin tamamlanması gerekmektedir ve süreçler dokümantasyonla organize edilir.

Qualifications

• Lojistik operasyon süreçlerinde en az 3 yıl deneyim.
• Tedarik ve satış lojistiğini organize etme yeteneği.
• SAP üzerinden gerekli formları oluşturup tedarik sonrası süreci yönetebilme.

Responsibilities

• Satın alma kararına göre gerekli formların SAP ile oluşturulması ve müşteriye/ambarına teslim edilene kadar tüm süreçten sorumluluk.
• Navlun/lojistik maliyetlerini fiyat ve performansa göre arama ve organize etme.
• Gümrük, limanlar, depolar ve nakliye firmaları ile koordinasyon sağlama.
• Sipariş belgelerinin hazırlanması ve gönderilmesi, süreçlere uygun arşivleme.
• Kargo planlaması ve müşteriye yükleme durumunun bildirilmesi.

Job description

• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics operation processes, preferably having a bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration,
• Being able to communicate with container lines, hauliers, forwarders and agents with a very good level of English,
• Especially proficient and active in MS Office programs,
• Open to communication, compatible with teamwork, self-development, open to innovations,
• Male candidates must have completed military service,
• Making and following up the logistics organization of the Sales and Purchases,
• Based on the purchase decision, creating the necessary forms through the SAP program used and being responsible for the whole process until they arrive at the customer/warehouse after delivering them to the supplier,
• To provide payment and transportation planning according to the purchasing conditions,
• Creating customer order forms and following up the organized order until delivery,
• To search for appropriate freight based on price and performance,
• Coordinating with ports, terminals, customs, warehouses and forwarders,
• Preparing and sending necessary documents related to orders,
• Organizing the loading and following up by informing the customer from the exit to the customer/warehouse,
• To ensure that the necessary files are archived in an orderly and meticulous manner as per the process.
