Job summary

Gizli Şirket is seeking a senior logistics leader to head domestic and international customer service and logistics operations. You will own end-to-end order management, delivery, invoicing and claims resolution, while driving OTIF and service levels across all channels.

You will manage 3PL/4PL partnerships, carrier management, and route optimization; lead the S&OP cycle; oversee import/export with Turkish regulations and trade compliance; and ensure accurate inventory and bonded warehouse

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in logistics, foreign trade, customer service, or supply chain; FMCG/manufacturing preferred.
• Deep knowledge of Turkish customs regulations and EU trade rules.
• Hands-on experience with customs declaration, AEO, and IPR applications.
• Strong SAP experience (SD/MM/TM) with S/4HANA as aplus.

• Manage 3PL/4PL partnerships, carrier management, and route optimization
• Lead the S&OE cycle and contribute to monthly S&OP
• Manage import and export operations with deep expertise in customs regulations, tariff classification, rules of origin, and customs declaration processes
• Manage letters of credit, international payment terms, and trade finance processes
• Ensure compliance with free trade agreements, preferential tariff applications, and export control regulations
• Oversee bonded warehouse operations and inventory accuracy

Candidate Profile

• 15 years of experience in logistics, foreign trade, customer service, or supply chain — FMCG or manufacturing preferred
• Deep knowledge and hands‑on experience in Turkish customs regulations, foreign trade regime, and EU trade rules
• Proven experience in customs declaration processes, AEO certification, and IPR applications
• Hands‑on SAP experience (SD, MM, TM); S/4HANA is aplus
• Strong command of S&OP/S&OE, demand planning, and inventory management
• Multi‑country distribution network management experience
• Proven team leadership and people development skills
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
