Conducting feasibility studies and developing projects for collective or individual procurement to create cost advantages for clients,
Managing client relationships and carrying out activities to ensure customer satisfaction,
Preparing reports within the scope of departmental responsibilities,
Taking part in company-wide and departmental projects,
Drive cost reduction initiatives through design for supply chain value engineering and process optimization
Collaborate closely with design procurement teams and sales teams to align technical and commercial objectives
Analyze and improve logistics processes to enhance performance and reduce costs
Initiate innovative process and system improvements
Contribute to logistics improvement projects, including system implementations and upgrades
Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and software providers
Identify bottlenecks and translate them into concrete improvement actions
Lead end-to-end implementation projects across customers, systems, and processes — from blueprint to go-live (both brownfield and greenfield), including change management and stakeholder alignment
Redesign and optimize existing logistics processes to increase efficiency, structurally reduce costs, and enhance service quality
Manage and execute migrations to new systems, locations, or processes with minimal operational disruption and strong risk control
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, finance, and other departments to coordinate procurement resources across multiple scenarios and ensure the smooth operation of the end-to-end logistics supply chain.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Logistics management, or related fields
3+ years' experience in supply chain or logistics roles within manufacturing, FMCG, Logistics service provider, automotive, or industrial sectors.
Background in 3PL warehousing management, distribution operations, and domestic/international logistics networks.
Solid understanding of transportation modes (road, parcel, LTL/FTL, cross-border movements, warehousing, air cargo, sea freight).
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross functionally.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Proven interest or experience in process development, efficiency, and optimization
Advanced skills in data analysis (Excel, reporting tools, etc.)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
Capable of maintaining meticulous process tracking
