Job summary

FELLAS FOODS in Marmara region seeks a senior supply chain leader to manage end-to-end demand, production, and logistics planning. You will lead S&OP with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Production teams to balance demand and supply and improve forecast accuracy.

You will oversee inventory, 3PL partnerships, warehouse operations, and continuous improvement initiatives, driving cost efficiency and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain, preferably FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of S&OP, demand planning, and production planning processes.
• Proven experience managing 3PL and logistics operations.
• Experience with ERP and preferably WMS systems.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to make quick and effective decisions in a dynamic FMCG environment.
• Strong continuous improvement and operational excellence mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage demand, production, and supply chain planning end-to-end.
• Lead the S&OP process with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Production teams.
• Improve forecast accuracy and balance demand and supply.
• Ensure production plans align with demand and capacity.
• Manage inventory levels, safety stock, and product availability.
• Identify out-of-stock and excess inventory risks and take proactive actions.
• Lead planning for new product launches, campaigns, and seasonality.
• Oversee logistics, shipment, and distribution operations.
• Manage and monitor 3PL logistics partners.
• Oversee warehouse operations: receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, dispatch.
• Ensure efficient warehouse capacity and resources.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and stock counting.
• Lead cost reduction initiatives and KPI tracking.
• Support ERP and WMS usage and supply chain digitalization.
• Drive Lean-based continuous improvement.
• Lead the Supply Chain team and cross-functional collaboration.

• Lead the S&OP process in close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Production teams,
• Improve forecast accuracy and ensure an effective balance between demand and supply,
• Ensure production plans are prepared effectively in line with demand and production capacity,
• Manage inventory levels, safety stock, and product availability,
• Identify out-of-stock and excess inventory risks and take proactive actions,
• Lead planning activities for new product launches, campaigns, and seasonal periods,
• Manage logistics, shipment, and distribution operations effectively,
• Manage and monitor the performance of 3PL logistics partners,
• Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch,
• Ensure efficient utilization of warehouse capacity and operational resources,
• Manage inventory accuracy and stock counting processes,
• Monitor logistics, warehouse, and inventory costs and lead efficiency and cost improvement initiatives,
• Track supply chain KPIs, analyze performance, and take corrective actions when required,
• Support the effective use of ERP and WMS systems and contribute to supply chain digitalization,
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on Lean Management principles,
• Lead the Supply Chain team, support team development, and ensure effective cross-functional collaboration.
