Job summary

TOLON is seeking an experienced Logistics Specialist to strengthen operational sustainability by scaling export/import operations and new client projects.

The role focuses on managing end-to-end international transportation, coordinating customs procedures, and maintaining accurate shipping records in the ERP system while providing proactive client consulting and optimization opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in foreign trade and logistics operations.
• Proficiency in export, import, customs, and international transportation processes.
• Experience in sea, land, and air freight organization.
• Advanced proficiency with ERP systems (IFS).
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office tools, particularly Excel.
• Advanced English language skills (additional foreign language is a plus).

The ideal candidate will actively contribute to export-import operations, international transportation organization, and customs procedures management.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and manage export and import operations


• Plan and coordinate international transportation logistics


• Oversee and coordinate customs clearance procedures


• Prepare and manage shipping documentation


• Update and maintain ERP system records


• Provide operational support and consulting services to clients

Required Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in foreign trade and logistics operations


• Proficiency in export, import, customs, and international transportation processes


• Demonstrated experience in sea, land, and air freight organization


• Advanced proficiency with ERP systems (preferably IFS)


• Advanced proficiency with MS Office tools, particularly Excel
