Job summary

NCH Europe seeks an OTC & Logistics Operations Specialist to oversee end-to-end order-to-cash and logistics processes in Turkey. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Warehouse and Logistics partners to ensure timely orders, accurate invoicing, and inventory visibility.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in OTC or logistics roles, strong SAP ERP experience, and fluent English. You will drive process improvements and ensure compliance with local regulations while maintaining high customer

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order processing and ensure timely customer orders
• Monitor inventory and coordinate backorder, split shipment, and allocations
• Support SAP master data creation and maintenance
• Coordinate pricing updates and order amendments in systems
• Ensure accurate sales invoices via SAP and e-transformation tools
• Monitor e-Invoice/e-Archive and regulatory compliance
• Resolve system integration issues affecting invoicing and ops
• Coordinate daily shipments with warehouses, carriers, and providers
• Handle urgent deliveries and logistics escalations
• Oversee returns and coordinate with stakeholders
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support warehouse ops
• Prepare reports on order fulfillment, invoicing, and KPIs

Job description

The OTC & Logistics Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of Order-to-Cash and logistics processes across the business. This role works closely with Sales, Finance, Accounting, Warehouse, Logistics Service Providers and Global Data teams to ensure efficient order management, invoicing accuracy, inventory visibility and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Order-to-Cash, Customer Service, Logistics Operations or Supply Chain functions
• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP systems
• Experience in invoicing processes, e-Invoice and e-Archive applications is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment
• Strong communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Ability to take ownership, work independently and drive operational excellence

Responsibilities

• Support customer master data creation and maintenance activities within SAP
• Coordinate pricing updates, order amendments, cancellations and related system transactions
• Ensure accurate and timely creation of sales invoices through SAP and e-transformation platforms
• Monitor e-Invoice, e-Archive and special invoicing requirements while ensuring compliance with local regulations
• Identify and resolve system integration issues related to invoicing and operational processes
• Coordinate daily shipment activities with warehouses, carriers and logistics service providers
• Manage urgent deliveries, transportation escalations and alternative logistics solutions when required
• Follow up return processes and ensure effective coordination between internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure inventory accuracy and support warehouse operations through continuous monitoring and reconciliation
• Prepare operational reports related to order fulfillment, invoicing performance, delivery KPIs and process improvements
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Accounting, Warehouse and Global teams to ensure seamless execution of business operations
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience, operational efficiency and process compliance
