Job summary

Arvato Logistics in Turkey seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee warehouse operations across multiple projects in a multi-user facility. You will present KPI reports to senior management and drive action plans to achieve targets.

The role requires leadership of large teams, strong English skills, and advanced MS Office usage. A driving licence (B class) is preferred, with experience in e-commerce, textiles, cosmetics or automotive warehouses advantageous.

Qualifications

• Preferably graduated from Industrial Engineering department of universities.
• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, textile or cosmetics and/or automotive warehouse operations management.
• Master MS Office programmes.
• Analytical mindset and ability to work at high tempo.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse operations across all projects in a multi-user facility.
• Present weekly and monthly KPI reports to senior management.
• Create action plans to meet goals and coordinate activities.
• Drive process development within the facilities under supervision.
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Quality Systems.
• Fulfill responsibilities arising from regulations, standards and contracts.

Job Description

• Responsible for the management of warehouse operations of all projects in a multi-user facility,
• Presenting weekly and monthly KPI reports to senior management,
• Establishing action plans in order to realise the determined goals and objectives and carrying out target-oriented activities in a coordinated manner,
• Playing an active role in process development activities in the facilities in charge,
• To be responsible for compliance with the rules of Occupational Safety and Quality Systems in the operations he/she manages,
• Fulfilment of responsibilities arising from regulations, standards and contracts.

Qualifications

• Preferably graduated from Industrial Engineering department of universities,
• At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce, textile or cosmetics and/or automotive warehouse operations management and responsible for the management of large teams,
• Master MS Office programmes,
• Analytical mindset,
• Will be able to adapt to intensive work tempo,
• Has an advanced knowledge of English,
• B class driving licence holder.
