Job summary

Bosch is seeking a Local Product Owner for Bosch Home Comfort in Istanbul. You will lead product management activities from market analysis to launches, shaping product strategy and pricing, while coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

The role requires 3+ years in product management or business development in HVAC, strong analytics, and English proficiency. Travel domestically and internationally may be needed; hybrid work and global collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering; Master’s is a plus.
3+ years in Product Management and/or Business Development, HVAC preferred.
Strong analytics, market research, and regulatory awareness.
Excellent English and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

Define and drive product vision and strategy aligned with goals and market opportunities.
Plan and execute product launches with the organization to ensure market adoption.
Conduct market, competitive, and user research; translate insights into requirements.
Monitor market trends, regulatory requirements, and standards.
Represent the company in technical and sectoral committees.
Develop product-based pricing strategies, market segmentation, profitability.
Support internal and external stakeholders (SEO content, catalogs, product tools).
Maintain field contact and lead UX activities related to products.
Review and release technical documentation.
