Bosch Türkiye is seeking a Local Product Owner to join our Home Comfort team in Istanbul, contributing to product management from market analysis to successful launches. You will drive vision, plan launches, conduct market research, monitor trends, and collaborate with cross-functional regional teams to deliver value.

The role requires 3+ years in product management, engineering background, strong English, and willingness to travel; we offer a hybrid work model with diverse development

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field; Master’s preferred.
• 3+ years in Product Management or Business Development, HVAC preferred.
• Knowledge of boiler, heat pumps and AC tech is a plus.
• Strong market research, competitive analysis and trend assessment.
• Knowledge of local/regional regulatory requirements.
• Analytical and reporting skills: Excel, PowerPoint; Power BI a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management.
• Customer- and results-oriented, self-motivated and resilient.
• Ability to work in cross-functional and regional teams; AI in daily business.
• Excellent command of English; willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

We are looking for Local Product Owner – Bosch Home Comfort located in İstanbul.

Job Description

We are looking for a Local Product Owner to join our team and contribute to our product management activities, from market analysis and product strategy to successful product launches.

• Define and drive product vision and strategy aligned with company goals and market opportunities
• Plan and execute product launches with whole organization to ensure market adoption
• Conduct market, competition, and user research; translate insights into product requirements and user stories
• Monitor market trends, legal requirements, and regulations
• Represent the company in technical and sectoral committees
• Develop product-based pricing strategies, market segmentation, and profitability analysis
• Support internal and external stakeholders (e.g. SEO content, catalogs, product tools)
• Maintain close contact with the field and lead product-related UX activities
• Review and release technical documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field (Mechanical or Electrical/Electronic preferred); Master’s is a plus
• 3+ years of experience in Product Management and/or Business Development, preferably in HVAC
• Knowledge of boiler, heat pumps and air conditioner technologies are a plus
• Proficiency in market research, competitive analysis, and market trend assessment.
• Knowledge of local and regional regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Customer- and results-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and regional teams
• Ability to integrate AI into daily business
• Excellent command of English
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
