Job summary

Bosch is seeking a Local Product Owner for Bosch Home Comfort in Istanbul. You will lead product management activities from market analysis to launches, shaping product strategy and pricing, while coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

The role requires 3+ years in product management or business development in HVAC, strong analytics, and English proficiency. Travel domestically and internationally may be needed; hybrid work and global collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; Master’s is a plus.
• 3+ years in Product Management and/or Business Development, HVAC preferred.
• Strong analytics, market research, and regulatory awareness.
• Excellent English and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product vision and strategy aligned with goals and market opportunities.
• Plan and execute product launches with the organization to ensure market adoption.
• Conduct market, competitive, and user research; translate insights into requirements.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory requirements, and standards.
• Represent the company in technical and sectoral committees.
• Develop product-based pricing strategies, market segmentation, profitability.
• Support internal and external stakeholders (SEO content, catalogs, product tools).
• Maintain field contact and lead UX activities related to products.
• Review and release technical documentation.

Job Description

We are looking for a Local Product Owner to join our team and contribute to our product management activities, from market analysis and product strategy to successful product launches.

• Define and drive product vision and strategy aligned with company goals and market opportunities
• Plan and execute product launches with whole organization to ensure market adoption
• Conduct market, competition, and user research; translate insights into product requirements and user stories
• Monitor market trends, legal requirements, and regulations
• Represent the company in technical and sectoral committees
• Develop product-based pricing strategies, market segmentation, and profitability analysis
• Support internal and external stakeholders (e.g. SEO content, catalogs, product tools)
• Maintain close contact with the field and lead product-related UX activities
• Review and release technical documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field (Mechanical or Electrical/Electronic preferred); Master’s is a plus
• 3+ years of experience in Product Management and/or Business Development, preferably in HVAC
• Knowledge of boiler, heat pumps and air conditioner technologies are a plus
• Proficiency in market research, competitive analysis, and market trend assessment.
• Knowledge of local and regional regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Customer- and results-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and regional teams
• Ability to integrate AI into daily business
• Excellent command of English
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
