Job summary

Bosch Group in Türkiye seeks a Brand Manager to strengthen the market presence of Hitachi and YORK within the Bosch Home Comfort Türkiye portfolio. You will lead brand strategies, coordinate campaigns, and collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Communications to drive growth across channels.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in brand management and strong English proficiency, with experience in B2B/B2C marketing and external agency management within technical sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in brand management, marketing or marketing communications.
• Strong knowledge of brand strategy, positioning, digital marketing and integrated marketing communications.
• Experience in managing marketing campaigns, external agencies and cross-functional projects.
• Strong analytical thinking, creativity, communication and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple brands, stakeholders and priorities effectively.
• Very good command of written and spoken English.
• Experience in HVAC or other technical B2B/B2C industries is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand strategies for Hitachi and YORK in alignment with business objectives and global brand guidelines.
• Strengthen brand positioning, awareness and equity through insights.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing and communication activities, including digital campaigns, PR, social media, events and sponsorships.
• Ensure consistent brand identity and communication across all channels.
• Support product launches, go-to-market strategies and brand activation initiatives.
• Manage external agencies, partners and marketing budgets for effective execution.
• Monitor brand performance and KPIs; drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, Communications and other functions.

Education
