Job summary

Bosch Türkiye and Middle East Headquarters in Istanbul is seeking a Logistics Performance and Operations Coordinator to drive forecasting, reporting, and analytics across logistics operations.

You will develop and maintain dashboards in Power BI/Tableau, collaborate with multiple stakeholders, and lead process improvements to boost efficiency and service levels. A strong analytical mindset and BI proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Experience with logistics data and BI tools is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics forecasting activities and monitor forecast accuracy to support operational planning.
• Prepare performance reports and business reviews for management and key stakeholders.
• Track operational issues, improvement actions, and corrective measures to ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate root-cause analysis and support sustainable corrective actions.
• Monitor logistics performance indicators and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
• Design, maintain, and improve logistics dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Gather reporting requirements and translate business needs into meaningful visualizations.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and processes through digital solutions.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses and provide recommendations for decision making.
• Support warehouse process optimization through material-flow analysis and layout improvements.
• Coordinate continuous-improvement projects across multiple stakeholders.
