Vizyoner Bilişim ve Yönetim Dan.Ltd.Şti. seeks a Video Support Engineer to safeguard TOD's live and VOD operations across origin, CDN, packaging, and video backend. You will work in shift-based coverage, handling incidents per runbooks and coordinating with engineering and vendors.

The role requires strong knowledge of OTT systems, video standards, and monitoring tools, plus scripting ability. Remote or hybrid work options apply for live-event coverage.

Qualifications

• University degree in electronic, communications, computer, or related engineering field.

Responsibilities

• Monitor health and performance of TOD encoding and video delivery systems during live and VOD events.
• Provide shift-based operational coverage aligned to live-event calendar.
• Detect, triage, and resolve first-line incidents using runbooks; apply known fixes per procedures.
• Monitor viewer experience (QoE) and address degradations in startup time, rebuffering, and playback errors.
• Escalate to engineering and vendors when issues exceed first-line scope and guide resolutions.
• Support CMS and video back-end issues with engineering.
• Record incidents in the reporting system and contribute to post-incident reviews.
• Ensure clean handovers of live systems and confirm readiness before going live.
• Keep runbooks and reference materials current; flag gaps to engineers.
• Complete assigned tasks to a high standard within agreed timeframes, coordinating team activities.
