Job summary

TikTok is hiring for the LIVE Operations team to support and grow our Turkey livestream creators. You will manage creator relationships, educate and train creators, and develop content strategies while analyzing performance data to drive quality and engagement.

The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and strategic input for regional operations, with fluency in English and Turkish, and a startup-friendly mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Minimum 3 years in Partnership, Content, Marketing, or Education and training roles within internet.
• Startup experience is preferred.
• Excellent business acumen with data-driven decision making and communication in English and Turkish.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with Live creators and management.
• Provide education and training for creators on TikTok Live, platform policies, and creator resources.
• Develop development paths and content strategies for creators; monitor live performance and help improve data quality.
• Support creators to go live, provide timely help and weekly/monthly performance analyses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm creator activities and allocate platform resources.
• Provide strategic thinking for TikTok Turkey live creator operations based on regional context.
